Signing On

To connect to the Travelport+ (1G) or Apollo (1V) systems, you must sign on to Smartpoint.

The sign-on process varies, depending on your version of Smartpoint and your host system.

In Smartpoint 11.7 and earlier, the sign-on process is the same for both Travelport+ and Apollo.
In Smartpoint 12.0, the sign-on process is different between the host systems.
- Travelport+ improves security by adding multi-factor authentication (MFA) with a one-time passcode (OTP) email. In this version, you log in using your MyTravelport account, which is synchronized with your Travelport+ host credentials.
- The Apollo sign-on screens have an updated look, but Apollo has the same sign-on process used in Smartpoint 11.7 and earlier.
